One's expectations tends to be unlimited. Dreams keeps on growing once the part is achieved. Thoughts are related to One's dreams. New dreams brings new thoughts to mind and their processing. Thoughts keeps on growing as One is growing. According to One's characteristics, One is able to process the number of thoughts. According to the kind of dreams, there are the kinds of thoughts. These 'kinds' are very complex and based on One's experience, memory. 
In order to discipline the thought process of mind, there are many frameworks and algorithms. The thin line to cross over is execute the process once One have the knowledge of the process and keep on improving once One accomplish the step.
