In the quiet breath, where thoughts subside,
A space of stillness, where truths reside.
Love, a gentle breeze, a soft embrace,
Not a grasping hold, but a tranquil space.

Observe the heart, its rhythm and beat,
The ebb and flow, bittersweet.
Emotions arise, like waves on the shore,
Let them pass by, and ask for no more.

In the depths of silence, a connection found,
Not in words spoken, but in the ground.
Of shared humanity, a bond so true,
In the present moment, me and you.

No need to cling, no need to fight,
Just witness the dance, of dark and light.
For love is not a thing to be sought,
But a state of being, beautifully wrought.
