Emptiness - The Heart Sutra

Emptiness - The Heart Sutra

One is a dream,
a flowing stream,
a shadow,
a whisper,
a gentle gleam.

body and feeling,
mind and thought,
One is not - what One sought,
what One seem - One is not.

empty is One,
just like the sky,
nothing to reflect - nothing to fill with,
just a peaceful sigh,
nothing to hold - nothing to grasp,

don't fear the void,
don't fear the space,
the truth of this place.

no pain - no gain,
no path to find,
an open heart - an open mind,
One see this truth and One is free,
a bird soaring over the sea.

Gatē Gatē Paragatē Parasaṃgatē Bodhi Svāhā

Gone, gone, gone beyond, to the shore of awakening.

The Heart Sutra
as a void - a state of freedom from attachment.

PS

When One see emptiness not as a void to be feared but as the very fabric of everything—a state of boundless potential and freedom—it transforms Ones perspective. This shift from fear to love is the heart of the Heart Sutra's teaching.
